  • Day 1

    Trips highlights:

    Day 1

    Reach Manali

    This day is applicable for people choosing Trip # 1 and Trip # 2

    [Check in at Manali and spend the day in its markets and temples. Head down to Old Manali and enjoy some leisure afternoons or evenings at the popular cafes. Sleep early for a long day awaits you tomorrow.]

  • Day 2

    Day 2: Manali to Jispa

    [Early morning drive towards Jispa. Spend some time at the windy Rohtang Pass enroute. Stop at Keylong for lunch and reach Jispa in the evening. After a much needed hot-dinner, spend the night at Jispa.]

  • Day 3

    Day 3: Jispa to Leh

    [Final stretch to Leh is studded with some beautiful sights. Reach Ladakh by evening and rest to acclimatise.]

    If you have chosen Trip # 3, you fly-in to Leh today morning. You will join the group coming from Manali in the evening.

  • Day 4

    Day 4: In and around Leh – experience the culture and heritage

    [Indulge in some cultural exploration of Leh and the places around. Visit the famous SECMOL school and experience the teaching methods popularized by Mr. Sonam Wangchuk. Have a sumptuous local lunch at a Ladakhi home, and explore the by-lanes of Leh during a heritage walk with an English-speaking expert. Finally get a bird’s eye of Leh town from Shanti Stupa]

  • Day 5

    Day 5: Leh to Nubra via Khardung-La

    [Rise and shine for a drive to Khardung-La and beyond. One of the highest motorable passes in the world, the views from Khardung-La on a clear day are breathtaking. A stop over at the 14th century for some stunning views of the Shyok river the floodplains below with the sand dunes of Hunder beyond. Enjoy a ride on the bactrian camels on the sand dunes of Hunder and spend the night in tents under the twinkle of a thousand stars.]

  • Day 6

    Day 6: Nubra to Pangong Tso, via Shyok

    [Head towards the turquoise blue of the Pangong Tso Lake, the most photographed place in Ladakh. Reach Pangong Tso by afternoon so you get enough time to enjoy the beauty of the mesmerizing blue Lake]

  • Day 7

    Day 7: Pangong-Tso to Leh

    [Drive back to Leh to Pangong with pit stops at Thiksey and Hemis monasteries.]

  • Day 8

    Day 8: Rafting on the Zanskar with Shaam valley (Gurudwara, Magnetic hill, Sangam and Hall of Fame)

    [Meet the gorges and the rapids of Zanskar today as you drive down for a day of rafting. Rafting will end in Nimmu.]

  • Day 9

    Day 9: Leh to Kargil

    People on Trip # 2 and Trip # 3 will fly-out of Leh today morning. Airport drop will be provided. Only people on Trip 1 and Trip # 4 will head to Kargil.

    [Head out in the morning towards Kargil. Reach Kargil in the evening.]

  • Day 10

    Day 10: Kargil to Srinagar

    [Early morning drive to Srinagar over the Zojila Pass. A visit to the Dras War Memorial enroute to Zoji La. The road trudges along and introduces you to stunning vistas along the way. Reach Srinagar by evening and retire to your beds after dinner.]

  • Day 11

    Day 11: Departure from Srinagar

    [Time flew by past and the tour comes to an end. Post breakfast, say goodbye to the valley and wait for your flight back home. Flip through the photos on your camera for one last time before you head back to the concrete jungle.]
